What is Ultra-high-speed Laser Cladding System?
Ultra-high-speed laser cladding system independently developed by HUIRUI is a kind of composite equipment integrating turning, cladding and mirror processing. It enables the sequential completion of additive/deductive machining and mirror machining of shaft parts after one clamping and positioning, avoiding the problem of round runout error brought by multiple clamping, and greatly improving the quality of coating and production efficiency. The overall integration of the equipment is higher, more beautiful appearance, higher operability and reliability.

Programmable adaptive hydraulic tailstock with proper hydraulic pressure adjustment to adjust the ejector force of the tailstock ejector pin.
High processing efficiency: Deposition efficiency up to 500cm²/min.
Stabilised coating process: Dilution <1%, layer thicknesses of 50-500 μm possible.
Multi-speed auto tuning:
