Archer Spindle Enhancement

Archer spindles in oil drilling tools are expensive to purchase, and are prone to wear and erosion when in use. In order to maximize the service life of the spindle, laser cladding can be used to add several layers of special alloy materials on the easy-to-wear surface. The alloy material is a corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant non-magnetic alloy with an average hardness greater than 1000 HV. The structure is dense and the metallurgy is combined, and the problem of spalling during use will not occur.
