Huirui independently develops rotary car feeders with a wide range of accessories to meet various needs.

Huirui T series rotary powder feeder adopts advanced gas dynamics principle to realize powder feeding function. Via precise control of the gas flow, the powder disc rotation, and the preheating temperature, the metal powder can be delivered to the working area at a required condition. This product is widely used in high precision laser cladding and surface treatment process.

Optional module: transparent visible powder cartridge; 5L large-capacity powder cartridge; other customized model；

Human-computer interaction: Color touch screen, clear interface provides easy operation and better user experience;

Description	The mass flow meter can adjust and monitor the stability of the powder feed gas flow in real time (displayed to the touch screen) to ensure the accuracy and stability of the powder feed. Controller and touch screen, optional remote communication default AI / DI / Profinet according to requirements, custom optional Modbus / Profibus interface. The above modes can be customized individually

The volume of the powder can is 1.6L. There is a quick socket connecting the module with the powder feeder. To top up the powder, pull out the top plug and fill the powder in. To replace powder, open the bottom sealing cover to clear away residual powder and clean the powder can.
