Melt pool monitoring and temperature closed-loop control system


In order to reduce the instability factor during laser melting or metal 3D printing and improve the precision of metal forming. Closed-loop feedback control of the main parameters of the laser cladding process is carried out through optical and other monitoring means, real-time monitoring of the size, shape and temperature of the molten pool and related data recording and analysis, as well as real-time feedback adjustment or PID control of the process parameters.



Multi-source data acquisition and analysis system


The system consists of edge calculator, 4G remote data collector, cloud computing platform, etc. It simultaneously acquires multiple data such as temperature, flow rate, image, etc., and integrates these data into a unified platform for processing and analysis. This system can be applied to production to achieve preventive maintenance of equipment and traceability of the whole production process, and to scientific research to assist in the establishment of a digital twin system.



Adaptive Conformal Laser Welding System



In order to break through the bottleneck of high-efficiency and high-precision laser cladding and repair applications, HUIRUI has independently developed the Adaptive Conformal Laser Cladding System, which can use 2D or 3D sensors to automatically identify defects, locate targets, and generate machining paths, replacing the traditional manual instructional programming and significantly shortening the machining time.
