Huirui T series rotary powder feeder adopts advanced gas dynamics principle to realize powder feeding function. Via precise control of the gas flow, the powder disc rotation, and the preheating temperature, the metal powder can be delivered to the working area at a required condition. This product is widely used in high precision laser cladding and surface treatment process.

Wide range of powder feeding rate and acceptable particle size: a wide range of powder feeding rate (0.4-300g/min) can be achieved by choosing different size of powder disc. The acceptable range of powder particle size is 20-250 microns.

High-precision conveying: rotation disc is driven by servo motor. The rotation speed and gas flow rate are under closed loop control, so the conveying precision can reach ±1%, and the stability is much higher than other similar products.

Performance advantages: The basic model has the function of heating, stirring and water-oxygen venting, which ensures required powder condition even after a long standby time. 

Optional module: transparent visible powder cartridge; 5L large-capacity powder cartridge; other customized model；

Uninterrupted powder top up module

The volume of the powder can is 1.6L. There is a quick socket connecting the module with the powder feeder. To top up the powder, pull out the top plug and fill the powder in. To replace powder, open the bottom sealing cover to clear away residual powder and clean the powder can.
