The
inner hole laser cladding head independently developed by Huirui is suitable
for laser power of 4kW and can be used in workpieces with inner diameter ≥
φ75mm and depth ≤ 300mm. The focusing mirror can be adjusted in the range of
0-6mm. The laser power transmission efficiency is higher and stable, and the
coaxial annular nozzle is adopted, the powder focusing effect is good, and the
powder utilization rate is high.
