Looper surface strengthening

General looper rolls are prone to wear, peeling, fatigue cracks, sticky rolls and other problems during the hot strip continuous production process of the strip, causing parts to be scrapped and production stopped. In view of the above problems, a laser cladding method can be used to add a reinforcing layer on the roller surface to increase the service life of the looper roller. The thickness of the reinforcement layer is 3mm, the hardness is above 60HRC, the material is iron-based hard alloy, and it has excellent high temperature resistance and thermal fatigue resistance. The cladding efficiency can reach 0.3m² / h.

Looper
